DemanetBiteSuits.com needs a site design refresh with a few thoughtfully designed and perfectly executed customer and admin facing features. We'll accomplish both phases through re-platforming to Shopify and adding a few custom engineered components.
To provide a best in class suit customization and ordering experience for your customers, we will provide a full site design refresh paired with a custom bite suit builder that exceeds quality of the competitor sites provided:
This will come with a custom bite suit builder component with live preview product highlights as the product form is edited. Additionally, all existing page, blog, and product info from the current site will be ported to the new design.
We'll install or create middleware to ensure all bite suit orders dynamically generate a formatted manufacturer's order form for Chris and team to review and edit, approve, and send.
A turn key Shopify store setup + site design refresh. This will include migrating all existing site pages and content into a new theme
Your Shopify site will be made up of the following templates that will make up the pages on your site:
Site header and footer, announcement bar, popups, rush order notice, etc will provided as well.
A custom bite suit builder form for product pages, designed and developed to spec provided. Will include live preview updates of product images as form is edited.
Shopify's best in class, native checkout experience with limited branding customizations.
All default Shopify customer and order notification emails designed to brand.
Installation and configuration of a Shopify reviews application to display reviews and star ratings on the product pages, home page, and product cards.
Every time an order is made on DemanetBiteSuits.com a manufacturers order form must be generated and pre-filled from checkout data. This order form must be editable and reviewable by Chris and team to send on approval.
We'll build a Shopify Flow to automatically send full order data to a custom Shopify app that will display applicable in orders in a list.
We'll develop a custom Shopify app that displays and manages orders and can send approved orders to the manufacturer.
The final step in launching the new site will be migrating your WooCommerce data into Shopify. This will entail bringing all applicable site content and data to the new platform.
We'll duplicate everything in Woocommerce into Shopify to ensure a seamless transition for both customers and the business. This includes 301 redirects etc to ensure zero SEO value is lost in the migration.

We'll spend a week after contracts are signed to design the new site.
We'll demo the design and decisions made within and share Figma files for client feedback and iterate as needed.
Once we have clear design direction and client approval, we'll develop the new site to spec on Shopify.
We'll demo the completed site, test it together, iterate until we're launch ready, and train Chris and team on how to manage site content, products, customers, and orders.
All page, product, collection, customer, and order information will be migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify ensuring a seamless transition from one platform to the next. At this stage we also handle 301 redirects etc to ensure zero SEO value is lost in the transition.
We'll finalize all content migrated and prepared to go live, swap over the domain settings, and publish the new site. 🎉
We'll install or create the order automation tooling required to meet 100% of the spec you shared.
We'll monitor analytics and error for 30 days to ensure everything is in working order and repair in major bugs found during this phase.
Based on our conversation via Zoom, I can offer the following payment terms:
10% down, 40% at design delivery, and final 50% at site launch
$1,000 per month for 12 consecutive months
